Charles Sherlock Fillmore

Charles Sherlock FillmoreCharles Sherlock Fillmore (1854–1948), founded Unity, a church within the New Thought movement, with his wife, Myrtle Page Fillmore, in 1889. He became known as an American mystic for his contributions to metaphysical interpretations of Biblical scripture. His work and philosophy demonstrate a faith, conviction and understanding of the Infinite Principle of Life and makes him one of the greatest of the modern Way-Showers.

"The mind of man is like the net catching every kind of idea, and it is man's privilege and duty under the divine law to separate those that are good from those which are not good."

Ideas of Plenty

Mentors - Charles Sherlock Fillmore

"This inexhaustible mind substance is available at all times and in all places to those who have learned to lay hold of it in consciousness."

The spiritual substance from which comes all visible wealth is never depleted. It is right with you all the time and responds to your faith in it and your demands upon it. It is not affected by our ignorant talk of hard times, though we are affected because our thoughts and words govern our demonstration.
